Slow Mornings: A Ritual Worth Waking Up For
Coffee, linen, and twenty unhurried minutes before the phone comes out.

The best part of my day happens before anyone else is awake. No inbox, no feed, just light coming through the curtains and the sound of the kettle.
The three-step version
Water first. Then coffee, made slowly, in the one cup that feels right in the hand. Then five lines in a notebook: three things I am grateful for, one thing I am going to do today, one thing I am going to let go of.
That is it. Twenty minutes. The phone stays in the other room until the cup is empty.
You do not need more time. You need the first twenty minutes back.
